Stocking Urban, along with JV partner Condor Partners, acquired this 40,000 square-foot creative loft office building located at 855 W Blackhawk in Lincoln Park. Working with the architectural firm JGMA, the plan called for a design forward redevelopment into boutique loft office space for discerning urbanites. Ultimately, the partnership received a strong offer to sell the project prior to completion, delivering an IRR north of 100%.
