Renovations by Stocking Urban are complete for this beautiful corner building located at 1659 W Huron in Chicago's West Town neighborhood. The existing 8 units have been modernized with the help of architectural studio Future Firm.

A new, modern 12’ tall corner storefront for the building was installed which simultaneously recalls the original store which occupied the building, but also floods the new modern first floor apartment with natural light.

Stocking Urban also legalized an attached Coach House through Chicago's new ADU program. Renovations for this unit resulted in a three level, flexible live/work space with a private roof deck.
