Renovations are complete for this 8 unit residential building located on the cusp of Avondale and Logan Square in Chicago. In conjunction with the architectural studio Future Firm Stocking Urban renovated all 8 units, with a focus on modernizing the old corner storefront of the building. Fully rehabbed apartments delivered Q1 2023 and were quickly leased.
