In late 2024, Stocking Urban acquired this historic 6 unit rental building located in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. In conjunction with the architectural studio Future Firm, Stocking Urban fully renovated the project in 2025, with a focus on modernizing the old corner storefront of the building. Fully rehabbed apartments delivered Q1 2026.
