2028 N. Oakley

In late 2024, Stocking Urban acquired this historic 6 unit rental building located in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. In conjunction with the architectural studio Future Firm, Stocking Urban fully renovated the project in 2025, with a focus on modernizing the old corner storefront of the building. Fully rehabbed apartments delivered in Q1 2026 and quickly rented.

The stabilized project was sold in Q3 2026, delivering outsized returns to our investors, round-tripping the project in less than 22 months.
