Cal-Melrose Avondale

Cal-Melrose Avondale is a $60M new construction luxury rental project located in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Stocking Urban and Macon Construction are scheduled to break ground on this development in 2027, with first deliveries in 2028.

Cal-Melrose Avondale is planned as 105 rental units; split into a 65-unit, 5-story mid-rise apartment building and 40 highly sought-after multi-level rental townhomes. The 40 townhomes address a massive void in the market, heavily targeting millennials, young families, and established professionals who are priced out of single-family homes but need more space than traditional apartments.
